You can have your data deleted at any time.
Removing a single connection
- Sign in to Digiwings and open the Sources page.
- Choose Remove connection on the Google connection you want to remove.
The access token is deleted immediately and the permission is revoked at Google. Data fetched through that connection is deleted within 30 days. You can also remove the permission on Google’s side: Google account permissions.
Deleting your account and all data
Email burak@digiwings.net from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”. After we verify your identity, we delete:
- your account and team memberships,
- connected accounts and access tokens,
- all reporting data fetched from connected accounts,
- your early access application
within 30 days and confirm by email. Records we’re legally required to keep (such as security logs) are kept only for that period. Removal from backups can take as long as the backup cycle.
Deleting an early access application
If no account was opened, writing to the same address is enough to delete your application.
