Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the digiwings.net website and the Digiwings application provided by Burak Dağlı, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye (“Digiwings”, “we”). By opening an account or using the service you accept these terms.

The service

Digiwings fetches data from the advertising, analytics and e-commerce accounts you connect, reports on it and lists situations that need attention according to defined rules. The service is currently in early access: features may change, there may be interruptions and some features may be removed.

Accounts

• Accounts are opened by invitation. You’re responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secret.
• On an agency account, you’re responsible for the teammates you add and for having authority to connect your clients’ accounts.
• Tell us right away if you notice unauthorized use of your account.

Connected accounts

When you connect a Google or Meta account, you confirm that you’re authorized to access it and allow Digiwings to process its data. Digiwings only asks for read access and doesn’t change your campaigns. You can remove a connection at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to access others’ accounts without permission, in a way that overloads the system or attempts to bypass its security, by reverse engineering it, or by reselling your access to third parties.

Fees

The service is free during early access. We’ll tell you before any paid plan applies; you won’t be charged without your consent.

Your data

You own the data from the accounts you connect. We process it only to provide the service, in line with our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The “Digiwings” name and the wing logo belong to Burak Dağlı (Turkish Patent and Trademark Office application no. 2026/091530). The application, the website and their content may not be copied, reproduced or used in another service without written permission. Data from the accounts you connect is outside this scope; it belongs to you.

Limitation of liability

Reports and checklists are there to help you decide; advertising and budget decisions are yours. Data is shown as provided by the platforms; we’re not responsible for differences caused by platform delays or errors. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Once the service becomes paid, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. When an account is closed, its data is deleted within the periods set out in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may change these terms. We’ll email you about significant changes before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes.
